Quinn and Paige were born and raised on a ranch just west of Kalispell Montana. We both received our first horses at age 5 and have been active with horses ever since. Starting in 2007 we started to show our horses at the Northwest Montana Fair. In the spring of 2009 Jim Sutton of Sutton Paint Horses gave us our first job training one of his 2 year old registered paint gelding "Eli". We received out first lessons in training from a Josh and John Lyons graduate for three years. Paige also attended The University of Montana Western (the only school in the country to offer a 4 year degree in Natural Horsemanship) in the Natural Horsemanship program studying with La Cense and their amazing trainers learning about the natural horsemanship method. We have a unique training opportunity as we are located on the beautiful Glazier Ranch with acres of riding access on private property as well as we are only 15 minutes away from forest service land that we utilize as well. The horses we work with get to work under two different trainers which help the horse get used to multiple people and different riding styles as well as the different skills each trainer has to offer. We believe in a slower approach on training our colts with 2-3 weeks groundwork is the "norm" before riding them. We have found this reduces a lot of the common problems later one when we do start riding and a more solid colt to work with. Not to mention we have had much better luck with colts that get long periods of time off they are usually much quicker to go back to work. We take extreme passion in our breeding program. Being very select with our bloodlines, but almost more importantly their temperament and trainability that they pass onto their foals. We strive for a sound body mind, and a versatile horse that can be used in most all aspect of the equine realm.
